Just a few days after Cory Monteith's sudden death in Vancouver, an autopsy revealed the cause of death to be from a mixture of toxicity including heroin and alcohol.
According to the British Columbia Coroners Service, the coroner's investigation is continuing and the "Glee" star's family has been informed of the results thus far.
The statement does say that there is no evidence that it was anything other than a "sad and tragic accident."
Shortly after noon on July 13th, the 31-year-old actor was found dead in his hotel room after missing his checkout time.
